FiberPasta Flour is useful for making products like bread, pizza, cakes, freshpasta. It contains 15% fibre, that means more than twice the fibre than whole-wheat flour. It has a low nickel content: 0,060mg/kg.Even though it contains a very high amount of fibre, FiberPasta Flour has the samewhite colour as the traditional flour, due to the absence of bran lignin.
